Site Evaluation & Planning
Every commercial paving project begins with a thorough evaluation of the property. We assess traffic flow, drainage, and the condition of the existing surface to design a plan that meets the unique needs of your business.
Excavation & Base Preparation
Old pavement or unstable soil is removed, and the site is graded for proper water runoff. A strong aggregate base is then installed and compacted to create a stable foundation for heavy traffic.
Proof Roll & Stabilization
The base is tested with a proof roll to identify any weak areas. Soft spots are repaired or stabilized to ensure the new pavement will last under commercial use.
Tack Coat Application
A tack coat is applied to the prepared surface, allowing new asphalt layers to bond securely to the base or existing pavement.
Asphalt Installation
Fresh asphalt is laid in multiple lifts using commercial paving equipment, ensuring long-term durability and a smooth finish capable of handling high-volume traffic.
Rolling & Compaction
Each lift is compacted with heavy rollers to achieve the density required for strength, stability, and a professional look.
Striping & Final Cleanup
Once cured, the pavement is finished with line striping, directional markings, and ADA-compliant symbols. The site is cleaned, leaving a ready-to-use surface that enhances both function and appearance.
